As you wind down the country lanes approaching Megas Lakos beach, Sundance is one of the first properties you see on your approach. Built in 2012, this 4500 m2 property is ideal accommodation for large family groups or several families who are looking for a beach holiday. 

Sundance comprises 3 separate units. The largest is a 2-storey villa (Infinity) with 2 bedrooms, with a further 2 ground floor apartments, one with 2 bedrooms (Roni) and one with one bedroom (Seti). In total, this complex can accommodate a 10 in separate bedrooms, or 13 if you’re happy to use sofa beds and shared sleeping spaces.

Although it is likely you’ll be spending most of your time on the beach, the chances are you’ll all be drawn to the exquisite balcony of ‘Infinity’ for your evening cocktails! With views over the sea, towards Vardiani island and Zakynthos in the distance, you might find it hard to drag yourself away.

Inside, the various sitting rooms and media zones make sure there is room for everyone in the group. Space for the ‘grown ups’, a little independence for the teens and some quiet spots for the little ones, make this versatile accommodation suitable for all combinations of friends or family holidaying together.

Outside, the large, flat grassy area separates your door from Fishbones, one of the best sea-front tavernas on the island, merely steps away! Megas-Lakos is a safe, family-friendly beach, with soft sand sloping gently into the water. And the popular Xi, with more beach bars, watersports and restaurants, is only 1km.

You also have private parking, security gates and an outside tap where you can rinse the beach from your toes.
