Inside the villa itself, you’ll find a comfortable living space, flooded with natural light, with simple, elegant furnishings. To the side of the living area is a well-equipped modern kitchen, also with views towards the sea. The living space has direct access to the generous terraces and the views beyond. There is a WC situated just off the living space, with the master bedroom and family shower room to the side of the property, with views towards the countryside. A laundry room, shared with the downstairs apartment, can be accessed by a secure internal staircase.

Sapphire is at the easterly end of Megas Lakos beach, walking distance along the shore to the excellent ‘Fishbones’, where you can enjoy delicious, freshly-caught fish, tasty pasta dishes and the perfect sundowner at the end of the day with Marios and his friendly team. Or walk a little further to Xi beach where you will find more restaurants, well-run watersports facilities and mini-markets.
