Villa Elia (in Greek means olive tree) is a contemporary, independent flat villa of 110m². It is situated in a quiet olive grove, just 250m away from the closest beach and 1km from the center of Lixouri. It is a very cozy and functional villa, perfect for 6 guests.

The three bedrooms and the living room are oriented to sunrise, and are looking out over the crossing between Lixouri and Argostoli with the mountain Ainos in full view. 

The villa has two bathrooms (one in the master bedroom), a large modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi for unlimited downloads and surfing.

The outdoor area includes the infinity swimming pool of 40 sq.m, B.B.Q facilities, sun beds, dining room and a private parking space of 2 cars. 

The villa is a 30-minutes walk from the center of Lixouri where you can have plenty of choices for restaurants, taverns and bars.

On your way to Lixouri there is a big supermarket, no more than 1km distance, where you can purchase any supplies needed for a pleasant stay.

A Greek traditional tavern with a variety of local and Mediterranean flavors is placed just 100 m away.

In the red sandy beach of Lepeda, you can enjoy an ouzo or a cold beer after a day on the beach, in an authentic Greek tavern just a little bit further from your house (500 m), or you can taste the famous Greek souvlaki in a traditional grill house on the same area. 

The airport is 8km away from Argostoli town, from where you can take the ferry boat to Lixouri (20 min onboard).
