Eleanna

This family-friendly, comfortable apartment is one of the original ‘Alekos’ beach resort properties. The combination of the safe, unique water-side location, an almost private beach, green lawn, outside cooking facilities and the close distance to Lixouri makes this one of our most popular rentals.

Eleanna is the upstairs unit of two independent properties (both owned by Alekos Beach Houses), that can be taken individually (Eleanna and Alexandros) or both together. There are 3 further properties on the same site that can also be rented to accommodate a larger group.

Accessed by external wide, stone steps surrounded by pink bougainvillea, Eleanna is blessed with a large balcony overlooking the tranquil, sandy beach and the Gulf beyond. With views towards Argostoli and the mountains of the island, the balcony is furnished with comfortable sofas and a table for out-door eating. The beach is merely steps away, and the house is well-stocked with beach equipment for use by the guests, including SUPs and a kayak for exploring the coast.

The flat, lawned garden, shared with the downstairs property, is separated from the beach by a secure fence; ideal for younger children to explore while the adults sip a beer at the outside bar, or while using the built-in BBQ kitchen.

Inside the apartment, the generous living space inside has a comfortable seating area, and dining table, with direct access to the balcony.

The property offers 3 bedrooms, each set up to accommodate 2 people. One family bathroom, and a further separate WC, are accessed from the adjoining hallway. One bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed. The second has 2 twins which can be joined to make a King, and the third has 2 singles – perfect for the children. All the bedrooms are bright, with large windows, one overlooking the gardens to the rear, and the others with access to a smaller balcony and views across the water at the front of the property. 

The Alekos resort is on the Loggos beach, close to the amenities of Lixouri town, easily walkable to Lepeda beach, and with three places to eat within 500m.

This is a fantastic house for a group, for young families or even for a couple looking for space and seclusion.
