Aspasia

This family-friendly, comfortable apartment is one of the original ‘Alekos’ beach resort properties. The combination of the safe, unique water-side location, an almost private beach, green lawn, outside cooking facilities and the close distance to Lixouri makes this one of our most popular rentals.

Aspasia is the upstairs unit of two independent properties (both owned by Alekos Beach Houses), that can be taken individually (Aspasia and Maria-Christina) or both together. The building is tucked at the back of the extensive grounds, nestled between olive and pine trees. There are 3 further properties on the same site that can also be rented to accommodate a larger group. 

Accessed by external wide, stone steps between the mature trees from your private parking area, you enter Aspasia in the generous living area, opening to a wide balcony the width of the building, overlooking the sea. This bright, welcoming room also includes the well-equipped, spacious kitchen and large dining table, with an additional balcony accessed from the kitchen which catches the afternoon sun.

The two quiet bedrooms are reached from a separate hallway, accessed through a door from the main living area. The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and generous storage, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds (with another that can be provided on request). The family bathroom, with bath, shower and washing machine, is located in the same area, accessed from the hallway between the 2 bedrooms. 

The large balcony running the width of the house can also be accessed from the master bedroom. Wake and open the shutters to be greeted with the sun rising over the Gulf and the mountains beyond. The balcony is equipped with a table for outdoor eating. The beach is merely steps away, where you’ll find loungers, parasols and beach equipment for use by the guests, including SUPs and a kayak for exploring the coast.

The flat, lawned garden, shared with the other accommodation on the site, is separated from the beach by a secure fence; ideal for younger children to explore while the adults sip a beer at the outside bar, or while using the well-equipped BBQ kitchen. 

The Alekos resort is on the Loggos beach, close to the amenities of Lixouri town, easily walkable to Lepeda beach, and with three places to eat within 500m. 

This is a fantastic house for families or even for a couple looking for space and seclusion.
